The refrigerant is typically available in high-purity industrial grade. Its viscosity ranges between 0.012–0.015 cP at 25°C. R507 is denser than air, with a buoyancy factor of approximately 1.2 relative to air. The material compatibility includes metals like steel, copper, and aluminum, but it is not compatible with certain elastomers and plastics. Operating pressures range from 100–400 psi depending on temperature conditions.
